• Methi Paneer Delight

Marination :

Hung curd
Methi leaves
Crushed cloves 1tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Crushed Elaichi 1 tsp
Salt
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Kitchen King Masala 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Caremelized onions 1 bowl

Mix all well and let it marinade for one hour.

Final preparation:

In a preheated pan put butter
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli
Add the marinated mixture
Tomato puree 1 bowl
Cream 1 bowl
Coriander leaves.
