Myths are that if a woman does strength training, she will become mascular. Well, then women who do strength training if become manly then the men who do not strength train become feminine?
Of course not.
The pictures of fitness models we see are professional body builders and after years of hardwork, right nutrition, right lifestyle and artificial hormones (steroids) injected in their bodies, they achieve their muscular sculpted bodies.
Any normal female can never naturally develop muscles like a man because her body does not produce testosterones(male hormones) in much amount.
Strength training not just helps you lose your body fat faster but also increases the strength and endurance of your whole body. It is very important for females to include strength training in their regime.
