You can sit and starve yourself, lose weight and look thin. 
You can eat low calories, lose weight and look thin.
But what on the insides?
This diet chart has most carbs in it.
It is definitely low calorie.

But, its not good for the long run.
You’ll be weak.
Uneducated about good lifestyle.
Do not follow blindly. Before following any Tom and Harry educate yourself. Weight reduction is not a big challenge if you do it rightly. But, if done wrong way you may invite various medical problems in future.

Take care and if this is your diet too, think about it again.
